• On "including" files in SGML documents:

  	How do I include files in my SGML document? I use sgml-tools 1.0.3 at present but apparently there is still no documentation about it while I understood it should be able to include files. In the Document Type Declaration subset (between square brackets after the linuxdoc declaration, but before the closing angle bracket) you put the name or identifier of the file you want to include, e.g. <!doctype linuxdoc system "linuxdoc.dtd" [ <!entity myfrag system "/u/kabel/televisie/myfrag.sgml"> ]> and then at the point you want the document included, just type: & myfrag ;
