Due South was a funny and quirky show based on the premise of a (rather unusual!) Canadian Mountie "chasing his man" to Chicago, and then encountering many strange adventures there.
It is very clear that the writers and other participants had a lot of fun producing it; it contains vast quantities of jokes about Canada and about misunderstandings of Americans about this Great Land .
